i am looking for a program that you can download onto your computer for free that has a bunch of options to edit your photos (such as black and white, lighting, etc.)
i have Picasa.
any other good ones i should know about????

what ever is free is not all that good
click on your internet explorer or firefox
put in the search box . free photo editing tool
hit go .then your see a full list of websites that have
free photo editing tool on them to download
now nero 7.2 photo editing tool, is the best you can edit / copy /paste/resize / take a pic shot from a dvd movie while its in play mode from the nero 7.2 dvd player and save the pick shot to desktop
