im 12 yr.s old...... that happened to me and i started to get worried as to whats up down there ( :D ) and so the next mroning i was sitting down on the bathroom floor cuz my mom was in the bathroom too and i was like "mami, im really late" and then i desided to switch the way i was sitting and i noticed that my sleeping pants had lots of red on them, and (in other words, my period had come, yay! :D) so.... ya. just wait a while. when ur young like you are, ur periods gonna be irregular but it could be caused by stress or weight loss so if its 3 or more months late, THEN see the doctor. just be happy ur not pregnant!

Absolutley its normal, dont worry about it periods are not always on exact time and it can happen at any time in your life sometimes if i was under stress i wouldnt get it for 9 months and doc. would have to give me progesteron pills to bring it back as a girl/woman you will find as time goes on that periods are not always regular. Do not worry especially at your age

My best friend is the same way. I always thought she was so lucky she only had 1 period every 3-6 months. She hated it because it always surprised her. she has always been eregular sinse her first period. but now she is 20 and on birth control (pills) and now she has one once a month. so maybe you can discuss the pill with your mom. she prolly wont agree mine never did lol.

yes lots of stuff control your body- could be stress from school or an exciting event happened in your life- are you by chance taking any meds? that could affect ur period as well
I would wait a few days, if still not started - go see a doctor- Have you asked your mom?

You're fine. Nothing to worry about... it will take a while for your period to get normal. You're one of the few out there that's still innocent at your age you should be proud.

it's regular for a period to change a lot dont be surprised, your period may be a irregular one. that means you'll never know when it will start.either that or your period hasnt gotten used to your body yet.
