neutral would be white and black
warm are red, orange, yellow-anything that has to do with say a fire or the sun or such
and cool are blue, green, anything that has to do with water
(ps the fire,sun, and water are just hints that help me to remeber)

basic neutral colours are self colours those plain pastel colours
warm colours are colours like red ,dark blue ,black etc which have a dark shade and looks great for a formal outfit
cool colours are those bright colours that soothes the eyes
eg cool blue i e sea green ,bright pinktec

Neutral would be black and white
Warm would be Fall colors, browns, dark orange, dark greens
Cool would be Spring colors, bright blue, bright green, etc.

Neutral in black, white and gray. Warm would be fall colors as well as plums. And cools are pink, coral, reds etc.
