StarTrek beause of Spot, and the guy with the hair band worn as glasses are such funny characters! I am not a trecky, though.

StarGate by far, StarTrek is so old now it time to rest Mr Spock. But what about FarScape there was a series that should have been in the top 10

I enjoy Stargate Atlantis as well as Star Trek voyager but my all time favourite is Babylon 5 and the short lived show Space Above and Beyond.

Most certainly stargate. It is amazing how they can add a certan realism to an otherwised far fetched concept. And Dr Jackson yummy yum yum. I think Victor Webster should join too, more eye candy! I think that the show has indeed suffered since the exit of Jack and the entrance of mitchell (who's voice still annoys me by the way). Whilst Daniel, Sam and Teal'c have managed to sustain the majority of the fans there is definatley a missing element. JACK COME BACK.

Star Gate by far, though I am a Voyager fan - mmmmmm Tom Paris, anyway! I love Star Gate as it is set now and not hundreds of years in the future when it is really easy to explain and fix things "Captain the deflectors are offline, we need some carbadrons from the planet zooik to realine the matrix" OK That was bad but you get the drift. And on Voyager the ship seems to get half destroyed every other episode, how do they get it fixed when they are quadronts away from home? Didn't realise Green Flag offered interuniverse cover! But it is all part of it I suppose.

STARGATE IS FAR SUPERIOR TO STAR TREK AS I ENJOY THE FACT IT TAKES PLACE IN OUR OWN TIMELINE. I ALSO LIKE THE FACT THAT IT CONTAINS SOME VERY TASTY MEN!!
STARTREK TNG WAS THE BEST OF ALL THE STARTREK'S BUT IT IS FAR OUT CLASSED BY STARGATE ATLANTIS

I like Stargate for Amanda Tapping, but the storylines are getting dafter and dafter.
I like Star Trek (next generation) for Marina Sirtis. but the series sets a very high moral standard.

I had been watching Star Gate for quite a while. I did like it because some how it's can be in real life even if it's not. Never could get Star Trek. I have to grow a bit for that stuff I suppose ;)

stargate the film is a fave of mine but i cant take to the series. but when you talk about star trek the first two series's were out this world lol.
