search button?

i want to erase the titles on my search button I don't need all those drop down referances. How to do this?

It depends on what search button you are referring too. If you are just meaning your address bar, simply clear the history, if it is a search button from for example, google,yahoo, or windows live, they each have an option to clear the search history. If its the internet explored search, you can highlight each item on the dropdown, and press your delete key to remove some or all of them.
