Although he falls at the low end of normal, I'm assuming he's between 3 and 4 inches when erect. In terms of starting a family, this is sufficient to allow him to penetrate and impregnate you.
With regard to sex and orgasm, penetration with the penis is certainly not the only way to stimulate you. He can use his fingers, tongue, or sex toys to aid you in achieving an orgasm.
Many women do not achieve orgasm solely due to penile penetration; so your situation is not unusual. You should work with him to ensure he uses his penis as effectively as possible to give you pleasure; and you should make sure you find ways to make him feel good too.
There are no pills or potions, no exercises that will make him longer or thicker. Although there are some operations that can be performed, they are not guaranteed, and often result in a poor cosmetic appearance - he's better off using to best advantage what nature has given him.

Although i'm not exactly a pro and not exactly clued up on anything of the sort, i have heard of an operation that can extend the length of a males genitalia and an operation that can increase the girth of a man's penis.
The lengthening operation includes cutting a part of the connective tissue to the base of the penis therefore releasing the penis by an inch or so, however, i don't know the practicalities of such an operation, nor do i know the consequences in relation to forming erections.
The girth increase incorporates removal of fat from a certain area of the body and re-depositing it around the shaft of the penis. Same goes for the potential consequences, i don't know what they are.
Just something i've seen on tv. Good luck.

Most men who had that kind of problems have a problem when it comes to sperm-count. It is best to have a total check-up before planning any further. Index-finger size should be quite sufficient to satisfy you. It is how he does it that counts. You need a slap for knowing the difference in sizes!! LOL

I think there are operations out there for underdeveloped males. I read a box based on a true story of how doctors were suggesting to parents to have boys with small penises changed into females. Now there are operations to help increase the size.
Good luck.

Man, that really, really sucks. I've heard of a few of guys like that. One of them has been married and divorced and has been living with his current girlfriend for several years. He even has a kid. I really don't think there's anything you can do to get it any bigger. Before you marry him, he ought to have a sperm count so you'll have that information available to you. Only you can decide if you'll be satisfied. There are lots of lesbians who seem to be quite sexually satisfied, so I suppose it's possible to be satisfied without having a big one . . . .

The miracle of love should cover it. And along with that is the love of your moist wet lips. Both upper and lower. This will aid somewhat in making him longer and thicker.

Miracles do happen, but thats not where your concern should be .
If you truly love your fiancee then it shouldnt matter the size of his manhood. You love him because of his heart, not because of how he can please you in bed.
If the deciding factor in you future marriage is the size of his manhood, then you two dont need to bne together, and i pity you for being shallow enough to end it because of that.
If you really love him you will look for a treatment but whether or not you find it shouldnt matter.

It is what it is and there is probably no changing it at this time.
If this is what your "love" hinges on, then you might as well let him go and find someone who truly loves him and this won't even be an issue.
