It was authored by Kennedy you little fool.That doesnt mean anything.Bush and his little soldiers hijacked that bill and used it as a means to get Kennedys approval.Wonder why they cared so much? Uh anyway they changed it, until its the piece of **** bill it is today.People dont hate Bush for no reason ok? I don't blame him for the No Child Left Behind program. God knows we need our children to be smarter when they leave school and enter the real world. Foreigner countries are beating us in education. It actually would be a good program if done right. Emphasize learning the material and not just passing 1 test.
But I do blame Bush's administration for education fund cuts. We want our kids to be smarter but we cut funds going to the school. And where did that money go?

How about uniting the country instead of splitting it even further with pointless party politics? We all live in the same place, run by the same dude. We should all just shut up and deal with what we have. If you don't like that, then go and vote. I'll take you all more seriously when the voter turn out gets to 90% instead of 40%.

Well, I happen to live in the real world and I see many children left behind. Just because it is written in a bill doesn't mean they will do anything about it. Take a walk on the real side of life.
