Of course he has.

“Stop throwing the Constitution in my face. It’s just a goddamned piece of paper!”

-George W. Bush, 43rd President, United States

Bush has committed a war crime by committing war against a sovereign country that was clearly of no threat to the USA or any other Western Country. He has committed acts that violate laws protecting humanity. And, he has undermined our constitution and thereby undermined democracy and freedom itself.

Keep in mind that the 4th and 6th amendments have already been violated by the Patriot Act. The USA is now effectively a police state.

The 8th amendment is also under threat because the current government wants to legalise the use of torture.

Whenever Bush does the tinyest thing that can be criticized, he will be jumped on by very democrat in the country. If he forgets to brush his teeth, or doesn't cover his mouth when he sneezes, it's world news.
Violating the constitution would make headline news in every paper all over the world.
With many people what's good for their political party comes far ahead of what's good for the country.
Criticize the war effort and have many more soldiers killed as a result, is far better than backing the president and giving his party points.

I think the warrantless wiretapping program, as described by the Administration, is a violation of the FISA Act, and therefore federal law. This is a violation of the seperation of powers in the constitution, as the Executive failed to follow Legislative laws or Judiciary warrants.

The system of detainee imprisonment, secret prisons, and "extraordinary rendition" as described by the Administration is probably a violation of the Geneva Conventions, which, as a treaty signed by the USA is considered law at the constitutional level.

Yes, one instance is the torture and confinement of prisoners at Guantanamo, not to mention the secret prisons in Europe. These are definite violations of the Geneva convention. Bush should be tried as a war criminal.

He violated the 4th Amendment by not getting warrants for his illegal searches on his own American people. Not to mention violating the Geneva Convention's war time regulations. And when he got caught torturing them, he tries to pass a law allowing the torture, even though weakening the Geneva Convention is going to do harm to American troops. What a jerk.

He started and illegal war, which the united nations was against. If there isnt an approval they are not supposed to attack. He basically did whatever he wanted to.

Absolutely. He is endorsing illegal search/siezure (searches without warrants). He's detaining people without charing them for a crime or letting them hire an attorney; his excuse is that they're "war" crimminals.

He violates international law by lying about the reasons for invading Iraq. When no WMD were discovered, he never apologized.

No, I do not believe that our President, George W. Bush, has violated the constitution or international law. Please don't believe everything you hear from the heavily liberal biased media.
