not an easy answer as every locale has its own rules and codes.Where I live,Arizona,it changes in a 30 mile radius.Snow loading also enters into it. As do live and dead loads.County and city codes vary here also. Most plans from out of state wont get approved here.I will admit our local building dept are a bigger pain than others. Find someone in your area thats familiar with local codes and loading.Smaller lumber yards often have this service.Local building dept may also. The plans i used 10 years ago to build my garage are no longer legal as codes change with the wind.

single bottom plate, double top plate, studs 16" on center. windows 4 foor from corner. extra nails in sheating on corners. Sheating 1/2" plywood or osb.

Get your floor and trusses from a manufacturer. Hom Depot can provide.

This is overly simplistic. achorbolts, hangers, straps are involved to comply with code. You need provisions for plumbing and AC.

Would advise to get a builder or get someone with experience to consult and inspect your work if you want to do it yourself.

good luck
