Carnival Theme: A clown, cotton candy, corn dogs,snow cones,
inflatable jumping castle,presents,candy,games,etc. FUN!!

Well it depends on how mature they are, for a halloween theme, you could plan a muder mystery. Bowling, or the skating ring, maybe even a movie.
