Your computer is suffering from something called "browser highjacking." Spyware and adware commonly changes your browser's homepage and default search engine. In addition, it prevents you from changing it back. The purpose of browser highjacking is to bombard you with ads and links to their websites. To restore your browser, you need to remove the spyware. There are several free anti-spyware applications available. I recommend you use Spybot Search & Lavasoft's Ad Aware free edition. You can download both programs at:

http://www.filehippo.com/software/antispyware/

Well, now that you have the anti-spyware programs, you need to learn how to use them effectively. Malwarehelp.org has written tutorials on how to use both programs.

1. Spybot Search & Destroy: http://www.malwarehelp.org/how-to-effectively-remove-malware-spybot1.html

2. Lavasoft's Ad Aware: http://www.malwarehelp.org/how-to-effectively-remove-adaware1.html

Both programs are very good at restoring your browser. If you have any more questions, just send me a e-mail.

You have a browser hijacker on your PC.
Software that tends to Hijack your browsers web connections to do their own purposes. They will change your homepage to another homepage no matter how many times you change it or you can do a search in Google, but instead of getting the results back from Google, your search request is actually hijacked and sent to another search engine.

.
It's nuisance-ware that has hijacked your browser likely.

Go to HijackThis.com, download their tool.
Run it. Only delete the "offending" program...
(some of what it displays in the log is good-ware; so be careful what you delete).

That should resolve your problem nicely.
