One artist made that image of the virgin Mary, i heard people stand up for his right to make the image, I didn't hear anyone say they liked it or thought it good art.
Try being gay in a fundamentalist christian republican America where Christians advocate death for gays and are pro death penalty (killing people is obviously a good peaceful christian value) Abortion is a personal moral issue, not a liberal v conservative one. I am a man I will never have or need an abortion. I wouldn't want a child of mine aborted, but if I were a raped woman i don't know how I would feel.
Why are you so threatened by a moderate centrist viewpoint that you have to make the word liberal the equivalent of communist or socialist. It is intellectually lazy and dishonest and you know it.

I don't think it's possible. "Liberals" are feelings-oriented. I put "liberals" in quotes because todays "liberals" are hardly liberals. Anyway, it all goes back to the feelings thing. The extreme feminists have taken over that side of politics, and have turned their men into p ussies, so they have no real leadership. Pity.
