Spy Agencies Say Iraq War Worsens Terror Threat
By MARK MAZZETTI
Published: September 24, 2006
A stark assessment has found that the American invasion and occupation of Iraq has helped spawn a new generation of Islamic radicalism and that the overall terrorist threat has grown since the Sept. 11 attacks. President Bush has failed and the United States will pay big time in the long run.

I am ashamed that his "War on Terror" has backfired 180 degrees. I have seen the reports. Don't mind the ignorant rednecks here who still are happy they voted for Bush.

I live in a township, so really, my vote does not count, if there isn't enough in the party that out weighs the other party, they tally up how many rep. or dems. that voted that day and if the rep count is higher than the dem count then the rep wins, vice versa.

I did not vote for him, so no. I am ashamed however that as a nation we stood by and allowed this administration to drag America throught the dirt and tarnish our reputation forever. I would have expected more public outrage, more control of our nations policies by the people. Not as we have become, a nation allowing terror and following as sheep the very people who created it, our own government.

Due to the lack of knowledge on the original posters part, this person declines to answer what is not a valid question. It is highly recommended you review all news and print articles on the subject and then resubmit this missive in the appropriate fashion. Those of us with brains will thank you at that time.
Good day.

You need a new drum to beat. This stuff was going on long before Bush.
Get a new soapbox. Even people on here are tired of trite, contrived none sense.

No.
I shudder to think what our response to 9/11 would have been if Al Gore or John Kerry were in the Oval Office.

No. I would be ashamed if our leader did not stick up for us and was a COWARD. Besides, what are you doing to make things better besides debating a topic that is inane?
