How advanced can a technology get?
Its very difficult to say how much, considering the fact that we can always make advancement in science and technology as long as we are not perfect.
So, the question would be ,"Can we reached a state of perfection in technology?"
Scientists have been recently trying to make up a theory for everything. Maybe this will be an ultimate theory ,and presumably , all other theories will be derivable from this ultimate theory.
We still have not reached the state of perfection in technology and we do not know if this state of perfection is a feasibility .
Yes , the human mind is very complex , but there is always a lingering doubt if there will be an ultimate technology that will be an answer to everything.

Yes, and the limits are set by the uncertainty priciple. We can only hope to one day understand enough about the universe in order to make predictions up to the limit that the uncertainty priciple will allow. That is the goal of science.

No there are no limits to our minds!!!!!!!!!!
It may take longer to learn some thing, And more knowledge will eventually cause us to forget some things, BUt the brain can recall main things in time.
Remember as Humans we learn with our entire body not just our brain.
All parts of our body's learn from our environment.
The only thing that is impossible is to learn everything!

Tech will keep going until some nut job who says the universe would be better without us, get hold of a weapon that can kill us all. I'm not a pessimist or anything lol~

It can only be as advanced as the laws of physics allow.
We have a long way to go.

You could get the point where you can create your own universe. Create any kind of specie, plant, ANYTHING from scratch. Control time, space, everything. You would be god.
