Almost from the moment you've conceived. Most women get a little morning sickness the first couple of months, but some women (the unlucky ones) suffer throughout the pregnancy. I lost weight during both my pregnancies, because I couldn't keep anything down.

Morning sickness sometimes start before you even know that you are pregnant. Plus every woman is different.
