There are so many, I'll have to think about it for a while and come back on here. But I think that lying about Monica would have to rate pretty high up there and is probably the worst, especially when he lied to a grand jury.
Here's a joke I thought you might like:
There was an elderly man who slowly walked up to the White House, where there was a young Marine guard. The old man says to the guard, "I have traveled quite aways and I wish to see Bill Clinton." The guard looks at the old man and says, "Sir, I'm sorry, but Bill Clinton is not here any longer, there is now a different president." The old man says, "Oh I see," then leaves.
The very next morning the same guard was standing there, and who do you think returns, slowly approaching again? Sure enough it was the old man, and the guard figured he had a different question, but again he says, "I would like to see Bill Clinton." The guard patiently tells the man again, "Sir, as I indicated yesterday, Mr. Clinton no longer resides at this office." The old man nods, and then strolls away.
Day three: Same scenario - the guard is standing there and along comes the old man, who again insists, "I want to see Bill Clinton." The guard, becoming somewhat frustrated looks at the man and tells him, "Sir, this is the third day you have come here asking for Bill Clinton, even though I have made it perfectly clear he doesn't live at the White House any longer. What else can I do to convince you, don't you understand, sir?"
The old man looks at the guard straight in the eye and says, "As I told you, I have traveled quite a distance. You have told me that Bill Clinton does not live here any longer. Yes, young man, I do understand it, but you see...I JUST LOVE HEARING IT!”
The young Marine smiles warmly and says in agreement, "Sir...I'll look forward to seeing you again tomorrow!"

One must first realize that He had very little to say, She is the one that ran the show. Both of their Biographers agree.
As for him lying: I know it is wrong, but his lies, unlike, Kennedy, Nixon and GW Bush, did not kill anyone. Those three brought it to a fine art.
Personally I did not like Clinton. But his escapades were small potatoes to the rest of the world. I know, I was in the Foreign Service a long time. This sort of behavior is basically ignored overseas.
Lying and political life go together. It would be nice to see it end, but it has been around forever.

Clinton not only promised that he wouldn't run for president, he swore and oath to God that he wouldn't run.
I just can't remember him ever telling the truth about anything.
People that knew him all his life said that eveyword he ever said was a lie.

Liberals believe anything he says, even when he was proven to lie about something as stupid as sex.
Why do they not think he would lie about anything else, aka. whitewater?
He looked his wife, the people, and a grand jury, in the eyes, and LIED. Yet these blind liberals believe everything he says is true, and call Bush a liar without evidence of it.

He may have insulted his self and family, but I don't believe that the Presidency was insulted. His administration was quite well run & effective on most levels. We see little evidence of that in the current administration.

Liberals are allowed to do this, it's normal for them. Otherwise they would be decent and called a Republican.
