Fair play to you. The link below has the details of the people that you need to talk to.
Pirating music, movies Etc. sucks - they don't get planned, made and distributed for free.

Not totally sure if you can report it to the police if the seller is from a differnet state than yours- you may need information such as a return adress of the goods etc.. I would report this to e-bay and I would also comment/rate him as a seller where you can write comments about the seller- hopefully others will read your reviews on the seller and avoid this same thing.

it really is unlawful to get carry of video clips off the web like from a torrent and so on. yet its no longer unlawful to make backup copies of DVDs you've offered (see you later as they are on your own own use). you want a application which could rip the DVD on your problematic stress. i in my view use a million click DVD reproduction. i have placed them on my iphone too :)

You can report it to trading standards on 0845 6034567 who will contact the person you bought it off, I'd also contact e-bay themselves and report the rip-off.
Good Luck!!!

if it is CLEARLY Illigal why did you buy it, a little common sense....
But I'd look up the Studio website and see if they have links to report piracy however since you bought a clearly illegal copy you may be just as guilty.
