May I suggest that the problem you are having with your questions is that instead of explaining yourself properly in one question, you are asking new questions and only giving a tiny bit of information. That makes it very hard for people to understand just what it is you are talking about.
Instead of asking new questions all the time… add extra information to the question you have already asked.
Here is your situation as I see it from reading your previous questions…
You are 24 years of age, and your boyfriend is 17.
The boyfriend got kicked out of home, and you want to know if he can live with you.
His mum doesn’t care if he lives with you.
You now want to know if it is legal for him to live with you.
I don’t know if it is legal or not…
But if he wants to live with you, and his mother doesn’t care, then I guess he has to live somewhere !!!
Oh, what the heck…
If I am going to be accused of being rude anyway, I may as well ask you if you have sorted out whether or not you are pregnant yet; and is the 17 year old boyfriend the would be father???
Within the last week, you have asked six questions as to whether you are pregnant…

whats going to happen when his mom gets upset over something and has your a.s.s. put in jail for rape? it can happen i have a neighbor that it happened to and the guys mom and his girl were friends and the mom got all upset over a party and the girl was in jail the next morning.you see moms get all upset over their boys, besides your 24 why don't you have a nice guy your own age.

yes in statitory rape cases the parents have to press the charges or the state has to press the charges. but why arent you dating people your own age? or is there something i missed in a previous question?
