Down in the taskbar (near your clock) you will see an icon when you move over it it will say "Trend PC-cillen." To disable it, right-click on the icon and left-click on "Exit." A confirmation window will pop up asking you if you're sure you want to exit the program and how to resume protection. After you have read it, click on "Yes." After that install the Canon Printer software.

You should just be able to turn off the Trend Micro application, install your printer, and then turn the Trend Micro back on once it is installed.
Turn it off by right clicking on the trend micro icon in the bottom right corner and click exit or disable.
If this doesn't work, you can close the application via the task manager.
