Has anyone ever been diagnosed with mild spondylosis of the lumbar vertebrea?

If so how has it affected you if any at all?

my daughter was diagnosed with it when she was 18yrs she was given physio and now she is 25 with a 4 tear old and doesnt comlain of it now
