I'm Arvin and and am 19. I'm looking for a nice preety girlfriend so as i can share my feelings. The problem is that i d't know how to approach a girl. I've studied in a college where there is only boys and the girls of my age that i have met, i've not been able to share my feelings.

You are basically asking how to meet, how to connect OR how to flirt. A gf for life is a marriage partner and you need to have MANY gfs before you know what you like and dont like in a possible LIFE partner. So dont shift to the ever-after when you havent even begun to know women!
