I have never owned any of her cd's until now, specifically because I can't understand a darn thing she's saying. Her voice is so one demensional. No disrespect, but I don't see the difference btwn her voice and Brittney Spears. All I can say is that they're great stage performers, but Janet needs to up the volume on her voice.

Can't stand her. Very over-rated. I can't understand why they make such a big stink about her. She dances pretty good, but so do dancers. She doesn't sing that good!
I can't stand the way everybody makes a stink about her abs. All she does gain weight every once'n a while for attention, then loses her weight, and every one goes "what great abs", Big deal. I think it would be a bigger deal if she could keep the weight off in the first place.
I think she is a pain in the butt.

I think Janet is GREAT and you're right about her being a great stage performer, but as far as comparing her to Britney, no way baby!

I used to enjoy seeing her on "Good Times" and "Diff'rent Strokes." And she was cute when the Jacksons had their variety show on CBS.
Can't say I'm a fan of her music tho. And for me, her credibility went down the tubes with her appearance (w Justin Timberlake) on that Super Bowl Half time show.

Woah, dont compare Janet to Britney. Janet is better. try lsitening to her words not the pitch of her voice. her voice is unique and thatz one of the many things that make her an amazing artist.

I like her earlier work. She hasn't really done anything after 2000 that was good.
