jharkhand great state with much mineral deposits..but again political instability in the state and the upliftment of the peoples is necesary...

How do you compare civilized Chennai with tribal Jharkand. The type of politicians decide your state's fate. Unless you guys become educated, discrimnating, no hope for Jhardhand. Like Bihar.
