I have a Sonny baio 2000, my problem is that it won't let me type anything, I can open and read my mail, but it won't let me type, the moment I do I receive #4 all the way across.
Any suggestions? thank you.

It's tired of your hen-pecking. Give it a massage and sing to it in Italian. This may help...owners manual say so.

probably a keyboard error has anything sticky go tdown in your keyboard.
