Wasn't an indian, that's for sure.

If there was ever a people who had a right to demand the repatriation of immigrants, it is the American indians.

When all the minutemen in the US recently protested about illegal immigrantion, I would have loved to see a group of Cherokee turn up with placards reading "Immigrants Go Home!"

George Washington was the first President of the United States of America.
As "America" technically includes Canada and Mexico, Central America and the continent of South America, there has never been a "President of America".

For awhile there, ol' cherry-choppin' George Washington considered accepting the offer he'd been made to become our first KING.

With awe-inspiring wisdom, he turned it down.

Unfortunately, George Bush has not a sliver of wisdom in HIS brain. He believes with his whole, mean little heart that he IS "King".

What he's forgotten...is that the offer to establish an American monarchy has long, LONG since been withdrawn.

He's also forgotten an old motto that we embraced in Revolutionary War days...

"Don't tread on me."

Most people think it was Geo.Washington but I have heard it was someone else...not sure who. Wash was actually second. However, once enough people believe something, it becomes the history which they share with the next generation and so on. In the end it becomes what happens and not what happened.
