Try soaking in a warm bath, tylenol or ibuprofen, and gentle stretching all day but no more jumping today. Be sure to take tylenol and be sure to warm up before try out. Works for me!!!

I know that when overdoing it at the gym,the ONLY thing that helps my soreness is to go back the following day and do a light workout that involves the same muscles but exercise lightly so that you are just stretching those muscle groups and not overworking them. After a tough workout (especially if you are not used to working those specific muscle groups) your muscles tend to tighten up and inactivity just seems to make it more sore.Even though it hurts, try and do alittle something to try and work those same muscles but dont overdo it.Afterwards you can try taking a couple of ibuprofen or something similar and that may help with the pain.Good luck on your tryouts!!

To prevent dress in warm clothes and stretch/warm up before exercise. After, stretch again while you cool down. A hot shower with a massaging shower head is very effective as is a topical analgesic such as Bengay or Capzasin.

Vitamin I, perhaps an ice pack (frozen veggies, popcorn- something cold) and some rest. Especially the rest. You'll gain next to nothing today, and only be even more sore tomorrow.

take a warm bath...try to massage your body in warm water.
and try not to rest a lot...try to move your sore legs and they will get better soon...
i think u have been practicing so hard and so, the "lactic acid" has been produced in your muscles and that acid causes your leg and stomach to ache.
if u try to move that parts of your body, the acid will be absorbed by your cells faster and u will get better soon.DON'T FORGET WARM BATH
good luck
