Sweating is primarily a means of temperature regulation. Evaporation of sweat from the skin surface has a cooling effect due to the latent heat of evaporation of water. Hence, in hot weather, or when the individual's muscles heat up due to exertion, more sweat is produced.

Sweating is the body's natural cooling method. Have you ever noticed how much colder you are when you are wet versus dry? If you were not sweating, it would be much more an anomaly.
It simply means your body is operating correctly.

Because you are healthy. It is your bodies way of cooling itself, like a dog panting. It's when you stop sweating you should stop running, your body is over heating and you could have heatstroke.
