right click on the folder...choose properties a window will pop up, there are three tabs i.e General...Sharing...& Customize
click on the customize tab, in the Folder Icon then choose the icon u wanna or click browse to put ur own icon...click OK...uve changed ur icons

Right click on the desktop, go to the menu under Properties, then to Effects, under the change Icon tab on the page, there you can change to the available ones, but if your using Win 98 or XP, the are effect in your control panel, but if your not you can go to pages like download.com and icons.com, and download a number of different one's, I had one in the shape of pieces of sushi, but have lost it, some are fun and some are Kooky, but make sure the files are good, scan them for viruses before installing.
