There is a controversy that the original storyline was stolen from an unknown writer. When he raised his voice he was quietened somehow. Many a song and story are actually written by unknown names. A fanous lyricist used to buy out compositions from a highly talented sweeper for as low as 100 Rupees. Now the copywright belongs to the Roshans.
