i would say accuracy because you won't be deleting and erasing and going back over your words....if you type so fast that it looks like "thsoisfj", it's just a waste of time. with practice, however, you can achieve higher typing speeds while maintaining accuracy.

plus, if you're typing something short and posting it, it looks a lot better if it's spelled right....take the time to avoid spelling errors....it's worth it.

Accuracy.

If you type 10% faster than average but make 15% more mistakes because of lack of accuracy, your speed is useless.

Accuracy then speed, which comes with practice anyway.

Accuracy. Speed can be increased over time, but accuracy is of paramount importance.

Accuracy because the speed comes gradually with the practice. Foundation of any thing counts and it is to be per fact .

Let me just say this, I know a person whose finger dexterity is so fast on a type keyboard, but unfortunately, all he could type was mispelled gibberish, which is of NO value to anyone. Accuracy far outweighs speed.

What will one gain from typing faster than any other person, only to come back to retype, because what is already typed is not accurate. It is better to finish the right thing in 20minutes, than to finish the wrong thing in 5minutes. Accuracy is more important .

accuracy. you can be super fast... but the time you save is used to re-type and make corrections. gone are the days when the secretary had to type like a bold of lightening while the boss dictated over a recorder

I would say accuracy. Of couse you don't want to be the slowest typer but thats why we get such neat tools as spell check!

You can be the fastest typer in the world but if what you type is a bunch of gibberish it won't matter. If you work, You'll get fired, and if its for school then you'll get an F.
