I don't know, but as of now, more American soldiers have died in Iraq than people who died in the Twin Towers. As for Iraqui nationals, if you figure about 30 a day (shiites killing sunnis or vice versa) as a conservative figure, that gives you close to 11,000 persons a year

If only one person died in Iraq last month, it would be one too many. The blood of all 41,000 Iraqis and 3,000 U.S. soldiers is on the hands of George W. Bush, Richard Cheney, and Donald Rumsfeld, who have concocted an illegal, unconstitutional, evil war against another sovereign country for only one reason: America's greedy dependency on OIL. -RKO-

For August, there were 65 US military deaths and 1203 Iraqi civilian and security forces deaths.
