You can buy a commercial moss killer or just make your own with water and bleach solution. Spray the water and bleach solution on the moss. Give it a week. Then use a hose with a high pressure nozzle to wash it off.
Good luck!

Either pressure washing, or bleach will rid you of the moss; but, It will return. To prevent this, find the high spot where water flows over the drive. Place copper, or zinc strips anywhere you suspect water will wash over them, and on down the drive. The water will collect extra ions from the strips, and kill future growths.

Why not try yellow bricks instead? Those naughty goblins, who are undoubtedly responsible for your moss problem, really can't abide tarmac (it's so dull). Yellow is so much prettier.
