Why the referee of EPL wears the black arm-band this week?

some one very close to the football team or game must have died that's when the black arm band is worn unless he's new and wants to be spotted by his bird he's worn one.no it's down to someone passing away.

A referee coach died in the previous week. Sadly I don't know his name.

It had to be beause they gave penalties to Utds opposition two weeks in a row !
