I'm a REALTOR in sunny SW Florida. I must say that the taxes on new construction and the demands on the water supplies are the biggest problem in my neck of the woods.

the most troubling thing in my community is parents allowing their children to run wild and disrespect ther neighbors.especially late at night when the kids should be in bed instead of running the streets all hours of the night. i worry about my kids being abducted or something. it scares me to even think about it.

Too many people who speak only spanish and I'm wondering if some of them are illegal immigrants, illegal drug use, young people partying loudly which keeps me awake at night............
