lim t-->0 f(t)= 2e^0-3e^0=2-3=-1

just plug 0 in for t:

f(t)=2e^.09(0) - 3e^.1(0)
= 2e^0 - 3e^0
= 2(1) - 3(1)
= 2 - 3
= -1
