I am on my schools field hockey team and we went to a camp and every morning at 6 am we ran for ten minutes then walked five then ran ten then walked five then ran ten and then walked five again and this all added up to 4 miles eveyday soo i would be able to run 16 laps around a track that takes 4 times around to make a mile.!!!
