Anything by Led Zeppelin. Jimmy Page has so many classic riffs it's sickening. Get Led Zeppelin 4 and you'll see what I mean. Stairway To Heaven is on there.

Any of them that makes you nod your head and sing the chorus as soon as you hear its title or it comes on the radio.
You get extra points for the number of people that pull a stupid face and join in with you - i.e. "Sharp Dressed Man," or "Livin' on a Prayer," in a town pub.
Personally I wish more people got like that about Freddie King, but you can't have everything.

Layla... Originally by Derek and the Dominoes, but re-recorded by Eric Clapton. Both are excellent versions...

Here's a fairly new rock tune by Prussian Blue, based on a famous poem by Rudyard Kipling.

So many but I'll give you these five: "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zeppelin, "Layla" by Derek and the Dominoes, "Born to Run" by Bruce Springsteen, "Baba O'Riley" by the Who, and "Brown Sugar" by the Rolling Stones.
