This is not a trick question. Each has stated it publicly and often.

OK, here is a hint: it's a person.
As for their choices in life-enhancing chemicals - I don't know that I've heard them all address the issue. However, it might explain some things.

I've changed my mind about the answer involving a person since people are finding other things shared by Rush, Sean, and Saddam (and I think that sounds like a good name for a band).

All three have said they admire Reagan as a great President. Saddam also considered Reagan a good friend – a claim the other two cannot make because they did not know Reagan as well personally. So, in very importation ways Rush, Sean, Saddam think alike and believe in the same things. Is any of this sinking in?
Hera41863 taught me something I’d know. Thanks. Maybe that explains why Rush and Sean both rag on education so much. How can so many follow so few who are so ignorant?
Bunchick – really close, except Saddam hates both Bush’s (understandably), although he says the possibility for friendship still exists.
Los ollie – This almost makes sense for some reason.
C D – addicted to power certainly.
jj – maybe they are all just un-America
Anthony M – you can be responsible for killing people without getting you own hands dirty (so to speak)
Jerrygollw – see hea41863’s answer
Dawn f – you didn’t even answer you own question correctly
