I have a friend who has a Feb 29th birthday. It is a little bit of a bummer not to have a birthday every year, but when she does it is soooo cool that it more than makes up for it.

She celebrates on March 1st, like when she turned 21, we went out on midnight then of course.

Then you have a birthday and grow 1 year older. Everyone has a birthday whether it is leap year or not.
