The cycling class or some would call it the spinning class. It is a lot of fun and has helped me lose a lot of weight. I highly recommend it for everyone.

An hour of cardio does it for me. Then work for up to nine hours. And about 30mile bicycle rides on the weekends.

I like bench press and curls, not sure why I just enjoy using those muscles I guess, I hate leg excercises except running, just proud of my chicken legs I guess...
