I have a coworker who CONSTANTLY takes pictures of me with his cell-camera. He thinks I don't know, but I see him doing it all of the time. He is in the cube directly behind me and does it all day long and I don't know why and I don't know how to say stop it.

I would give him the look and tell him to go and buy a magazine to pleasure himself. Maybe give him the social finger as he clicks and he will get the idea.
If that does not work, I would tell the boss.

Just wait till you have P.M.S. this month, don't take a Midol on purpose and then let him have it!!!!! You can say anything you ever wanted to say to the Freak, cause in a few days you won't even remember what you said so it won't matter at all, but I'm sure he will remember not to take any more pictures of you!!!!!!!!

If you have asked him to stop and he persists he is probably guilty of harassment and possibly stalking if he is following you around to take the pictures. Talk to your boss and he will get straightened out. He is being paid to work, not to take pics of his coworkers.

hm...u obviously getting annoyed by him. if not, you wont post this question. why dont you ask him directly? and tell him that you get annoyed by his taking pictures without permission. if he is being difficult, maybe its time to let your boss / supervisor knows about this matter. explain the situation to him / her coutiously and clamly. tell them exactly what's going on and what do you want. im sure they are able to do something about it.

He sounds like a perv. Tell him to stop. Tell your boss. Or start taking pictures of him all day.
