Raw or Bore well water mainly has two type of impurities 1.TDS & 2. Hardness. water you are using must have more of hardness than TDS. As any of the RO system consists of "MAMBERANE" which is a type of filter you can say, these mamberane can only clean TDS (Total Dissolved Solid) from you raw water and to remove hardness in the form of Ca or Mg, you have to give softner treatment to that water with help of NaCl. If your Ro system is old and non perfomance of "MAMBERANE" may also leads you to problem. Typically mamberane required regular cleaning procedure to remove scale from them other wise they became non effective.
