I never eat breakfast...

skipping breakfast is the number one contributor to getting fat. NEVER skip breakfast. is slows your metabolism and causes a weaker immune system and your brain not to function properly . You should consume 1/5 of your daily calories, so usually around 400 calrories and no more than 15 fat grams. Also to work up to your hightest standered you need to consume around 20 grams of protein alone in the a.m. . It is scientifically reported that people who do not consume breakfast regularly take about 15 years off of their life expectancy. It is the most important meal of the day. And cereal is not always best. not the sugary kind anyways, but like frosted mini wheats or oat bran or something is the way to always go. Steer clear of the a.m. sugar. PLease dont skip breakfast..anyone.

Breakfast, being the building block for the energy you will have during the day is essential. So I always have either a bowl of cereal or a muffin and juice. NEVER, NEVER skip breakfast.

I pretty much always skip breakfast because I usually don't get up till after breakfast time, and breakfast isn't my favorite part of the day either. I prefer lunch. I know that we're supposed to have that to start our day, but I'm usually hungrier after I eat breakfast.

I skipped breakfast everday up till I got pregnant and ever since I have to eat breakfast (apperently I kept my appetite) Which is a good thing cause I was extremly underweight before my kids now I normal :)

I have not eaten breakfast on a regular basis since I was 16..I am now 55..Just never like to start the day with a full stomach, seems to slow me down..

Yes,including lunch and dinner.But dont follow my way.Its a very bad habbit to skip breakfast.

I always at least eat a toaster strudel, waffle or a yogurt and a cup of tea every morning just to get some energy going.
