I know the country and the city of which I would have to send but I dont know her exact location(home).Could my letter get through her?

Get a local phone book. the country I am from is very small so it is possible. Maybe you can send it to 20 people with different address and someone may pass it on to the person. Place the last night only, and write a letter to the family name and place your contact information.

Probably not, unless she lives in a tiny village with only 100 people. You can try doing an online 411 thing and see how many people have the same name in that city, then send one letter to each of them, or call to find out which one is right.

If you don't have and address on the letter I don't think it would make it anywhere because the mailman will probably leave it in your mailbox. You could go to yahoo yellow pages and try to look her up or if you have information on you home phone (1411) you could get her phone number and address on the phone. So try that and get the exact location to be sure it gets there.

That depends how big the city is. If it's out in the middle of the desert- that might work. But anywhere larger than 50 people, I wouldn't take that chance.
I would do a people-search. Go to google, people search, and type in the information you know.= See what it comes up with!

It depends on a few things. How big the city is and how well known she is. I have sent mail like this and it did get through so have a go...all you are losing is a letter if it doesnt.

If it's in the US, you could call information and get a phone number for her knowing only a name and a city.

I live in a small town in TN. Most letters make it to me with nothing more than name state and town, Try it ya may get lucky??

probably not ... have you tried looking up the person?? sometimes google will have white pages information.
