Degradable waste are all waste that the nature can transform for itself without an human work.
That's not mean that degradable waste production is environment friendly. If I put tons of good vine in a river this is not good for the river ecosystem.
No one of the waste you listed are degradable. They all need to be recycled.

Degradable wastes are the products which degrade i.e., easily mix up with the nature and donot cause any harm. For example if we take polythene bags that are made up of plastic, it takes nearly 400 years to degrade itself and more over it releases harmful gases. Hence inturn it increases the pollution. Unless or until we stop the usage of such non-degradable products the future won't be safe to live on this earth.

Most of things are degradable but it takes different time. Plastic bag for example will degrade in 500 years.
As biodegradable you count things that will disappear in less than human lifetime. Anything bio.

Degradable : Civilians.
Undegradable : Politicians....
Since most of the above items are consumed by the politicians so all are degradable.
Glass Bottles : For Bandhs / Protest etc.,
Plastic : For Kursi..etc.,
Cig : They smoke tobaccoo...as well our hard earned money too...
Food Wrapers : They can eat and chew a whole nation and keep all their food in the food wrappers....
So the whole lot is degradable.....
