Israel is not a part of Europe but its 95 percent population is European and bulk of it is Russian. 25 percent population of Isreal is Russian. They are more European than Asian and that they are more home in Europe than in Asia and therefore the state of Israel ought to have been created in Poland and not in Palestine.

it's not only eurovision, they are also part of every European sport competition...it's because of politics,because they are not welcomed in the area they live in to participate to any kind of competition...
And it's not only Israel ,there are also Kazahstan and Azerbaijan who participate at most European competition and they too are in Asia...In the end it's a matter of politics...

same as why some idiot thinks that Turkey should be part of the European Union and also Morocco. Pity neither country is fully in Europe..but thats politics for you.
