I have a product that I would like to take to outlets for possible sales and I need to know how barcodes work? whether my products need the bar code already placed on them before I take my products to the outlets etc?how the outlets take their percentage per item etc? and any other information about bar codes in general, thanks

TRhe white space is read by the scanner and holds all relevant detail to run total stock / display

Barcodes should be left to the resellers you are utilising to take your product to market

ok the first 2 digits are the country of origin, the next few are the product and the next few after that are the product number.
