when you go to a fair to get a spray painted t-shirt and they say come back in a hour and 4 hours later they say its not done and they did al the teens stuff but not the little kids and it made my sister cry cause she was only 10 and we had to get a refund and she was cryings all the way home and today when she woke up

i guess you needed to sit there and watch which order they did them in so that way you would have known....but heck no not fair at all.....maybe go buy a tshirt and let her draw on it

Okay that doesn't sound like a fair deal.But shes 10, she should partially understand. Or you should have told them you didn't mind waiting til the next day.
