The one I like the best is this one, it does Latin to English and vice versa:

But I strongly recommend that you get a regular dictionary and not rely solely on online sources. I have a Cassell's Latin Dictionary that I have had for over 20 years; it is the only one I ever needed. It got me through 6 years of Latin, 3 of which were at the college level. You can get them at Amazon.com for a decent price. The hardcover edition is better than the paperback, and worth the extra cost. The list price is $25, and they are selling it for $16.50. Check out their used section as well. $3.50 per item shipping charge applies on those.

The link below takes you to an online Dictionary. It is just part of a large Classical information site with analytical tools to help with phrases, sample texts etc.
You need to specify Latin search as it does others too.

While the Perseus one listed above is quite good, the best in my estimation is Whitaker's Words, which you can reach at
http://www.erols.com/whitaker/words.htm

It's free and translates both ways (Latin to English and vice versa), as well as giving you a detailed breakdown on the structure of each word.

http://www.asgle.classics.unc.edu/abbrev/latin is a good start.

with caps in it to avoid the Yahoo censorship, it is

www.asgle.classics.unc.edu

/abbrev/latin

edit those two together to get the full uncensored address.
