Do they actually sell uniforms like the ones seen on Stargate Atlantis, if so where can I find one?
(If you're going to say e-bay, don't bother I check there regularly and have never seen them)

There is a site that makes them for you because when I went to the convention in Vancouver there were a group of people from some site and they were all wearing atlantis uniforms. Unfortunatly I didn't get the website and have been looking also. The above links aren't exactly what you are looking for but they were the closest I could find.

check out www.stargate6.com and click on the uniforms section. I don't know if you will get exactly what you are looking for but it has a lot of good stuff that is actually used in the show. You can certainly piece something together based on what they have there.
SG-1 actually uses variations of actually military stuff but Atlantis seems to take it a step further and make their own stuff. That is why it is difficult.
Good lcuk getting it before Halloween, or just for everyday wear.

I'd guess that the uniform It self would be easy to fake from standard of the rack jackets and pants form an Army Surplus store, The SGC patches would likely be your biggest issue, and they might sell those as official merchandise. I'm a fan but not so much that i ever desired to dress like them.

sg1alias looks to have a good answer, but I just wanted to interject that the Atlantis uniform is in no way a standard-issue military uniform, nor can you reliably "modify" an issue uniform (too many pockets to remove).
